Associate in Fine Arts in Theatre
Our program is perfect for students ready to channel their creativity into theatre arts. Obtain the knowledge and skills necessary to transfer into a four-year institution's Bachelor in Arts (B.A.) in Theatre program. Take the stage and pursue an associate in fine arts in acting, or enter the technical path and refine your skills in stagecraft and production.
Begin Your Journey
- Experience our small class sizes and one-on-one opportunities to work with instructors.
- Participate in fully staged productions each semester to perform or work hands-on in technical theatre.
- Take the opportunity, provided by SCC and the Bradshaw Performing Arts Center, to interact with nationally renowned artists.
- Receive instruction from individuals who have worked on national tours, national award-winning productions, and hundreds of productions as actors, directors, designers, and builders.
Our graduates can transfer to North Carolina and out-of-state senior institutions to pursue careers in theatre.
