English Language Acquisition (ELA) & U.S. Citizenship Preparation Class
²ÝùÊÓƵԴ´ offers free classes for adults who have limited or no proficiency in the English language and those preparing for the United States citizenship process. Orientation is required.
ELA Class Schedule
For adults who have limited or no proficiency in the English language. Various instructional methods available to meet all students’ needs. ELA is also offered in an online/hybrid format for qualified students. Computer or tablet and Internet access is required. Completion of 10 hours per week is required.

U.S. Citizenship Preparation Class
Prepare for the United States citizenship process. Learn the 100 civic questions, US History and Government, how to fill out the N-400, and complete a practice naturalization interview. Must be 18 years of age or older and an English Language Learner. Hybrid course offered online with weekly face-to-face class sessions. Offered in Moore and Hoke counties. Free. Orientation is required. Orientations are offered monthly in both Moore and Hoke Counties. With a valid score on the assessment, students will be placed in the appropriate level class.
