Russell Fitness Center
The Fitness Center is available to current students, faculty, and staff. It contains treadmills, cross-trainers, and stationary bicycles for cardio workouts. Functional training can be done on upper and lower body equipment, back and abdominal machines, a Smith machine, a power rack, a cable machine, a Roman Chair, and calf workout equipment. Stability balls, exercise balls, medicine balls, weighted bars, balls, and dumbbells are available.

Monday – Thursday Morning | 8: 00 - 11:00 a.m. |
Monday – Thursday Afternoon | 1:00 - 4:00 p.m. |
Friday | 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. |
A full calendar is located on the door of the Russell Fitness Center upstairs in the Dempsey Student Center.
